January 22nd, 2026

Online Zoom event

We started our creative new year with an engaging session exploring Artwork Archive — an intuitive online platform used by artists around the world to stay organised, professional and visible.

Blue Monkey Network member June Nelson  introduced the session, as she uses Artwork Archive (though not always to its full potential!) to maintain a catalogue of her work, track submissions and expenses, and create professional tear sheets, labels and PDFs.

We were joined by Annamieka Hopps from Artwork Archive, who guided us through how the system works and how it can support members' creative practice.

We looked into:

  • Catalogue and organise your full body of work

  • How to build a polished online portfolio or public profile

  • How to keep on top of submissions and deadlines

  • Track expenses and artwork locations with ease

  • Generate professional materials such as labels, certificates and catalogues

June finds that having a single, easy-to-use system like this frees up time for what truly matters – creating work – and is also looking forward to learning how to use Artwork Archives full resources herself.

Thank you to June for organising this event and to Annamieka Hopps for an interesting insight into how the Artist Archive works. For those members who missed the talk or want more information, the slides from the talk can be downloaded here. There is a free 14 day trial for those who want to try out first, and a discount for BMN members using the code from the January Newsletter bulletin.
