Steve Bannatyne talking at BMN event

For our June event, we welcomed new Blue Monkey member Steve Bannatyne, who shared his approach to creative planning and how administrative tools can support your creative practice.

This was a practical session for artists and makers who want more focus on their creative work. Steve explored simple ways to map goals, make space for growth, and move forward with purpose. The idea was to leave the event with a flexible plan that fits your life and practice.

BMN would like to say a big thank you to Steve Bannatyne for sharing his insights into his creative process. A very informative talk where I think we all got something to take away and think about. It’s an interesting dilemma as an artist to work out how to split your time between creativity and administration – the kind of things that might get your work seen, sold, validated, understood.

Steve has generously offered to provide support to those BMN members who might need a helping hand and is available to answer any questions on mail@stevebannatyne.com

You can find out more about Steve and his practice on his website or give him a follow on Instagram.
